people are not comfortable getting support from local organizations as they are
afraid to be seen, no fear of that here! Many are relieved to be able to get
things off their chest anonymously as they have never told their friends or
family about their HIV status.

have put about 8,000 hours (900 @ 10-12 hour days) into my network over the last
2.5 years. To hire someone who is capable of making all these tools, promoting,
web/IRC/Stream/database/FTP/ servers administration, security, maintenance, etc,
you would be lucky to get someone working at 30 dollars an hour (8,000 hrs X $30
= $240,000). Therefore it would cost you at least $240,000 to hire
someone to recreate what I have made and maintained here on the internet (never
mind the monthly costs of hosting, internet, phone lines, etc.
